The house is beautiful and so quiet/peaceful. Wally and team were very communicative and prompt on responses. Kitchen was well provided for and the backyard was loved by my dog. Would highly recommend

This is a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking to bring a big group to ski Bretton Woods. There were plenty of great bedrooms and bathrooms for everybody. Excellent communal space as well. Easy drive to Franconia Notch and Littleton and Bethlehem. Wally was a responsive and friendly host.

Enjoyed our stay at Applebrook! We got upgraded to the main house because there were renovations being done to the guest house (the contractors did not bother us and respected our privacy). Views are absolutely beautiful. Great place to relax after a hike.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect, with stunning views of the nearby mountains, especially during the fall when the colors are absolutely breathtaking. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The fireplace was a wonderful spot to hang out in the evenings, making it cozy and inviting after a day of exploring. The host was responsive and made sure everything was just right for us. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy nature and unwind!

A great historical home for a large group of people. Seems to be a retired bed and breakfast with bathrooms adjacent to each bedroom. Very convenient with use of kitchen and great proximity to things we had planned in the area. If you're traveling with a large group of mixed kids/adults, this is a great find.
