One top attraction for the kiddos is Santa's village which is just 5 minutes drive from the home. The home also abuts the Waumbek Country Club Golf Course. And Direct snowmobile trail access! This home is centrally located only 25-30 minutes from the beautiful Franconia Notch area, Bretton Woods, The Cog Railway, Mount Washington, Crawford Notch. While you are up here enjoy Whales Tale, Clark's Trading Post, a drive on the Kancamangus, the Flume Gorge, hiking Franconia Ridge, and all the other plentiful natural wonders and ski resorts of the White Mountains.
Guest Access
You will have access to the first floor of the Applebrook B&B located on 5 acres of land, decks, back yard with firepit, gas grill, outdoor furniture, front yard. So much to do and see here. Please note this listing does not include the Owner's Quarters or Cottage. Both of which may or may not be rented to other guests during your stay. You will have your own private entrance and only the outdoor areas may be shared. If you'd like to book out additional bedrooms, we can add the second and/or third floors for up to 9 additional bedrooms.
